SUMMARY:Create a successful hybrid working community
DESCRIPTION:Learn how to create a hybrid working community that works for you based on the needs of your role\, team and life outside work. The future of work is hybrid\, with the majority of organisations adopting it as their business model. But hybrid is more than just a business model or a working pattern. It’s a profound shift in how we think about work\, and there is simply no one-size fits all approach. This means leaders and managers need to recognise its impact and weave it smoothly into their organisation’s DNA. Led by leadership experts Cappfinity\, by the end of this webinar\, you will: • discover how to make hybrid working work for you • learn how to create a hybrid working community • explore how to build connections between people and teams • consider ways to ensure everyone is motivated This webinar is open to NIHR Academy Members/leaders and publicly funded organisations conducting and supporting clinical research within the UK.

SUMMARY:Metrology in Healthcare
DESCRIPTION:There are many aspects of measurement in healthcare – measurements on patients\, measurements on medical devices and measurements in the production of these devices. \nThe West Yorkshire region and the companies\, universities and other research organisations within it are proud to be recognised as being at the cutting edge of research and product development in these areas. \nWith these advances\, the measurements needed and the methods for taking them are evolving fast. One constant is the requirement for this data to be high quality\, repeatable and accurate. \nThis event will bring together speakers from NPL and local leading academic institutions to speak about some of the research ongoing in this area and give you a chance to feedback on measurement challenges that will help shape the future of metrology.
