DESCRIPTION:This programme provides funded time for you to explore your own ways to build research capacity and capability in your organisation\, and to develop a positive research culture in support of your team\, service and organisational priorities. \nYou will use your knowledge\, skills and personal experiences to motivate and enable others to get involved in research activities that help improve health and care outcomes. \nWe are looking for motivated AHPs from various health and social care backgrounds who aspire to develop as research leaders\, are good at connecting with others\, and who bring fresh ideas to drive a positive research culture.
