SUMMARY:Getting the most out of IRAS
DESCRIPTION:Being able to provide a full\, complete and accurate IRAS submission should help to make your approval process run much more smoothly\, but many people struggle with some aspects of IRAS. This half day course is designed to supplement the existing IRAS and HRA guidance by working through the standard and combined review IRAS systems as well as the amendments section in a live environment. \nDuring this course\, we will concentrate on those questions and functions that many applicants struggle with\, such as:  \n\nHow to complete the project filter?\nWhat is the most effective way to navigate the system?\nHow do I transfer the project to other collaborators?\n\nThe course will give you the opportunity to ask questions about both the system and the submission process and understand the best way to ensure your application fully reflects the detail of your research. \nWho should attend? \nAnyone who has to create and submit an IRAS application and those who support applicants. The course is relevant to NHS\, academic and industry researchers.

SUMMARY:Create a successful hybrid working community
DESCRIPTION:Learn how to create a hybrid working community that works for you based on the needs of your role\, team and life outside work. The future of work is hybrid\, with the majority of organisations adopting it as their business model. But hybrid is more than just a business model or a working pattern. Led by leadership experts Cappfinity\, by the end of this webinar\, you will: • discover how to make hybrid working work for you • learn how to create a hybrid working community • explore how to build connections between people and teams • consider ways to ensure everyone is motivated This webinar is open to NIHR Academy Members/leaders and publicly funded organisations conducting and supporting clinical research within the UK.
